Malay's Pride: Balay Tadyaw

By Gil delos Santos This month, we launch the #TuklasMalay Series, an initiative that aims to introduce or promote places of interest, local products or local legends in the Municipality of Malay including Boracay that could activate the community's economic recovery, and for sustainability.  For the first feature, presenting  Balay Tadyaw ! This Cafe is located at Poblacion Malay - 2 minutes away from the Municipal Hall. The former sanitarium-like for friends and nicely curated mini-museum of Malay Heritage turned Cafe with rustic feel is personally managed by its owner, co-feature - Rafael Ong Jr., who is a true-blue Malaynon by birth and by spirit.
