In the dog´s world, energies need to unleash to stay in
balance with nature. Otherwise it accumulates into certain amount of frustration
that usually leads into the state of aggression. I´ve learned that from the “Dog
Whisperer”, Cesar Milan himself.
Its sense made it affirmative on my end being around a fast-paced
working environment. The spaces in
between become so valuable to be able to unleash those energies (negative ones) that
you contain from all day of catching up with
schedules and deadlines, rush tension, inevitable arrogant colleagues,
long working hours, and anything that drains your spirit down. If you´re unable
to let go of those frustrations, that´s when trouble find its entry so easily.
A little plunge on something interesting is a good habit to
eject from mental and emotional exhaustion collected at work. I would
spend a little walk and end up at a coffee shop to get some air or go
around to enjoy what the tourist are there for – take pictures while my eyes
feast on many wonders. If this opportunity is not a possibility during a
certain period, hook up with someone sensible to chat with who loves smileys
instead. You´ll be surprised how contagious it can go when you find yourself
smiling and feeling relaxed while others look worn out, grumpy, and bitches habitually.
It is all about mind conditioning and holding up from impulses to make it going
right. To achieve this state is not really feasible when you have energies
struggling inside though…It has to go!
